Lost package need tracking number for usa.

My package shows delivered to my UPS store box. But they never recieved it. Tracking # Ag672195210cn shows delivered. But in USPS system tracking does not show any info. There is a second tracking number with this package that is long and starts with a # 4. I need this tracking so I can see information on USPS websight. Then I can see if my ups store box really recieved the package and where it is. The tracking above does not provide usps tracking info. I need house tracking associated with the tracking number above.
