Lost post

Dear China Post, I have had a number of parcels and letters go missing on their way from Europe to SIP, Suzhou. As they were posted normal mail, they have no tracking number. Is there any way I can find them?

Hello, I have several items of post in different places. One is being held at a post office: RQ013954669CY. Not sure why they can't deliver it to my residential address. Another is showing that it departed France on April 9 but there is no more tracking information: LD040105450FR. A final one has been stuck in customs for a week or so: EJ 566 904 518 JP.

RQ013954669CY couldn't be delivered successfully may because your address is not accurate or phone number couldn't be get connected.
There is no more tracking information for LD040105450FR because it's still on the way to China and don't arrive.
EJ 566 904 518 JP may couldn't pass customs check. You'd better contact China EMS service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.

Sorry, for normal mail, it couldn't be tracked and you usually couldn't get any compensation if it's lost. You'd better contact the courier you use to ask if you could get any compensation.
