LV339487454CN lost in transport?

Hello, 

I would like to know where my parcel is: LV339487454CN Is my parcel stuck in China? Tracking does not change from 16th of November. I do not believe, that airplanes fly 2 weeks from China to the UK (!). I want to know what's going on.
