I wonder if there's some problems with this package with tracking number LX037493811CN? I tracked it on 17track everyday but the tracking status is still "2020-03-04 02:22 Guangzhou, arriving at Guangzhou International Center (via transfer)". Yet if the package already dispatched from the airport, the tracking should be 'Leaving' or 'delivered to air transport', right?
Should I contact the seller first or directly contact the China EMS using email? If it's possible to contact China EMS using email / form, is there an options on their website to do it? Thank you for your help :)

My parcel has been stuck since May 12th, I have no update. Can someone give me some insite on what I should do? Parcel number UJ370082631CN. Do I need to contact them through email. It was suppose to be delivered by May 25-28th.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after May 12. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Sometimes, although it left China, there is no tracking information showing 'delivered to air transport'. So, it may have left China and in transit to Indonesia now. I sugegst you wait for another 10 days to see if there is any update for it.
