LY045940374CN has not been received it was shipped out to me on March 26, 2020 it is now may 12, 2020 is my package lost? Or is it running late thanks.

Hi Jayr4119,

Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

Is my package lost?
Last update on tracking was May 29th saying: "Zhengzhou City, has been handed over to the airline transpor." Has not updated since and its been about a month and a half. Is there anyway to check to make sure it has not been lost and its just late?
