May I know why my parcel has be rotating within China for almost a month now?

I placed an order for a colourimeter with Tracking ID RV136308082CN, but it has been from Bejing to Bejing for the past few days. Is there a security ban on the purchase or colourimeter in China?
Secondly, how long will it take to be cleared by the securities in China? Or what should I do on this matter?

Your package is packed with other packages in a large package. Some of other packages may have problems, so yours was returned to be checked for many times. Keep tracking it to see if it could leave China successfully.
