Hello,
I am inquiring about a missing package. The tracking number is ZA01972772201. The tracking shows that this package was delivered on September 20, 2025 but I did not receive it. The delivery address is an apartment with mailboxes and the package did not get in to my mailbox. I am not sure if this package was delivered by a different carrier like the U.S. Post Office, FedEx, DHL, etc once it arrived in the United States or if it was actually delivered by China Post. Since it did not get out in my mailbox, was it left at my door? The tracking information available does not give this information for me to further track the missing package. Where was this package delivered? Thank you for your help with this matter.

package has been stuck at Secondary US processing center, is there a number or contact information for the processing center where we can lodge complaint? It appears that there are many people with similar issue. Are packages being lost, or stolen? Why does US center accept packages and not enter previous tracking information regardless of who imported it, to provide history and new tracking information? Does anyone have a line or contact information into all of the missing packages at the US Secondary Processing facility???

M parcel has arrived at my country however customs have said that the invoice is missing. I have not been contacted by anybody and I have not received any information about what to do. It has been stuck at "invoice Is missing" for over 2 weeks now. how and who should I contact to resolve this?
