Order RE202894103CN from March still haven’t been received. Tracking information missing. Update please

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and is still stuck at the customs now. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
