Does arrived at processing centre mean that its arrived to the destination sorting centre and what does arrived at sending centre mean

Lb000401012cn and Lb000515006cn should be in Lithuania now. They will be transited to UK later.

Lt404128989nl is stuck in Liege now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Can you check again as the two below have not been updated in 3 weeks. The seller told me 3 weeks ago they were in my country

My order was marked as delivered on the web site, but it never arrived. I was at home all day on June 21 when the package was said to be delivered, but no deliveries were made.
