Hello, I am reaching out in regard to package tracking #AQ848255580CN
tracking on this package states that it was delivered on March 23rd 2022. That package never arrived at the delivery address. I reached out to the United States postal service and they stated that I should have received a USPS tracking number from you guys after it was transferred to the Post office in the United States. Please advise as to what I need to do to locate my package as quickly as possible. Thank you.

You need to contact the seller to provide you with the tracking number when it arrives in the US.
According to the tracking information, AQ848255580CN was delivered on March 25. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
