Tracking No CL101264647RU. I've sent a parcel to the "Guitar zone" store and I'm trying to get a refund for the goods. The parcel has been on the way for 48 days and since June 06 it has been with you. The seller wrote to me that he could not receive the goods because it was sent to the address of the store and his personal name was not metioned. 5 days ago, I provided the seller's name and his phone number to the Russian Post office from which the parcel was sent. Today the seller wrote to me that nothing has changed. Can I transfer this data directly to you so that the parcel is handed over to the seller?

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't add that information for you. You can only contact Russian Post office to check and push them to change that address for you.

My package was sent via Air Mail from Guangzhou to Sydney, Australai on the 6th of June and proceeded quickly to 'Airplane Enters Port' by the 12th of June, however it has been stuck there since. It has now been in transit for 42 days, while the sender assured me it would only take 15-20.

He has since contacted China Post and enquired about it's whereabouts and they said to contact my local carrier, Australia Post. They have no record of it leaving China at all and cannot help any further.

Where is my package? And how much longer will I have to wait?
