There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just assigned a tracking code to the order on May 14 but hasn't handed it over to the post office. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.

You'd better try to open a dispute to get your money back if the seller couldn't be get connected. It hasn't shipped by the seller.
