My order has no stillarrived

I am writing once again regarding my order ZA02519706501, which was placed on 21 September and, despite previous assurances that it was on its way, has still not arrived.

This continued delay is entirely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to obtain updates and cooperate with your team, but no satisfactory explanation or solution has been provided.

At this point, I must insist on one of the following actions without further delay:
1. The immediate delivery of my order, with written confirmation of the shipping details and estimated arrival date; or
2. A full refund of the amount paid.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal means to recover the funds owed. It is regrettable that the situation has reached this point, but the lack of communication and delivery leaves me with no alternative.

Please consider this a formal notice requesting your urgent attention and response.

It was delivered on October 27. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to open a case to check it for you and get a solution from the seller in time.
