Why isnt it able to track past the clearing of customs? I ordered it over a month ago and it has been sitting in our customs for over a week, stalled...

My package arrived at customs on October 13th. Usually customs clearance only takes 2-3 days, but for this package, it took over 2 weeks. Eventually, on October 28th, the package was reported to be cleared from customs. However, since clearing customs over a week and a half ago, the package's status has not been updated, where is it?
