My package has been stuck in 16 days transit to Japan but the other had arrived.

My package despatched from Sorting Center (GuangDongShengShenZhenShi) in two weeks with no change status, I also order the other goods but it already arrived. Is there any way to check in order to make sure it isn't lost?

Hi Lac,

If it couldn't be delivered within three months, it must be lost. Some of the packages are delayed due to the coronavirus, you'd better wait for more days to see.
