My package has not moved in 20 days and there is no Canada Post Tracking number

WHere is my package? It arrived in Vancouver and has not moved in almost three weeks. Canada Post does not have it yet because there is no tracking number. What's going on?

Hi egullber,

In this case, you need to reflect the problem to the seller and require the seller open a case for you to check what happens to it.

My order (tracking RE046963782CN to Canada) has not updated since April 10th, 2020... which is over 2 months now. It is telling me that "This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates." and Canada Post does not recognize the tracking number whatsoever.
