My package is being held in customs

Hello, I sent a sample that I want a China manufature to print for me. I sent my package over a month ago but it is still being held in China Customs. I would like to work with the printer there but have concerns about the mail timeframe. Can someone check on this for me? Tracking -LH179459155US
