My package is still in customs.

AG200099266CN I asked about this package earlier and you said to talk to the seller. I talked to the seller and she said the package should be sent. How much longer will the package be in customs? It's been there more than two weeks.

Hi Lynn Jacobs,

In normal, it should be cleared in a week. It's not normal that it's still stuck at the customs now. You need to let the seller open a case to check with China Post and give you a reply.
