I ordered my package in April and it has been in transit since May 13th. Can you please let me know what is going on? I know things are delayed due to covid19 but I’m not sure why it would be taking this long. Thanks so much!

It was delivered to air transport on May 15 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
