My package still at customs

Tracking saying "Send item to customs (Inb), Retention reason : High-value goods - Official customs declaration required"
is it normal? will i get this package soon?

Hi Neji,

It should be waiting for the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
