Please help I don’t understand. It says plane entered Hong Kong twice.. maybe it meant it has left Hong Kong? I don’t know if I’m translating correctly. Where is my package? Tracking number is LY582363904CN

Hello. I don't know if you can help me or if this is the correct area, consdering this is from Hong Kong. My package that was shipped from North Carolina, USA to Mexico ended up being stuck in Hong Kong for some reason since October 13. Tried cntact HK post but they have no inquiry of the item. The thing went like this (a resume):
