Package stuck in Handed over to Airlines - RN425732342GB

Hello,
I live in Hong Kong and the package has been "Handed over to Airlines" in Guangzhou for ten days now (since Sept 15). As Guangzhou is so near to Hong Kong, I'm guessing it should not take this long to get to Hong Kong and I'm worried it may have gotten lost. Could you please help me check?

Hi Lily89,

It wasn't left Guangzhou on Sep. 15. It's still waiting for the flight now. Manay packages sent from Guangzhou to Hong Kong are delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get it.

I was wondering if you could update me on my package and tell me if it has arrived in Australia?
