My parcel AM772401930CN seems to be stuck in French customs for more than a month. Could you check what happens and let me know if something should be done to release it.

Thanks for your answer, but it is not working that way. Only the carrier company (so you) are allowed to contact the French customs, and can solve issues linked to custom clearance. Then you can come back to the recipient. So please do your job of carrier company and contact the French customs about my parcel.
It's delayed in France or lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
