It may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi Daisy i contacted the seller she tells me the parcel is stuck in hong kong Airport waiting a flight as there is shortage because of the Covid outbreak is this something that can happen?

That may be the situation. If you agree to wait, you can wait. If no, you can require the seller refund you first as you don't receive it in time.
