My parcel not under my contact information

I have 2 parcel with these tracking number RG020911173CN and RG021211932CN when I am trying to collect it in post office they are saying that these tracking is not belongs with my contact information, there is any possibility to check for me if these parcel is under my name Donna Marcos kuwait postal 20012
