My parcel stuck at China customs

My documents RC719213103SG sent from SingPost has been stuck in the China customs for 1 week. May I know why it is not cleared yet?

Hi Jy koh,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
