I have posted these shipments in December 2021 and they have been stuck for almost 4 months. Please could you give me a specific update. Are they lost?

They may be lost if they couldn't be delivered in three months. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller refund you as soon as possible.

The seller launched an investigation and the result was they are still stuck in HK waiting for a flight. Can you escalate this?
