I sent three boxes from Japan to Huizhou, Guangdong Province last month, but their shipping process has been stoped at Chinese Customs since June 4. The tracking number of my parcels are CN 104 990 714 JP, CN 104 876 507 JP, and CN 104 922 864 JP. They are the goods necessary for my life in China because I am now working in China for three years. Please examine the reason of this stop and tell me what I should do. Thank you.

They are waiting for the receiver in China to pay tax now. You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' if you are the receiver. If no, you can also help the receiver to pay taxes by clicking '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay the finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.
