I need information for a delivery, track number RV348865273CN, this doesn’t have updates since March

Hi Paula,

Coronavirus is slowing down packages and goverments are closing borders which causes delays for airplanes to transport packages. You still need to wait to see it arrives. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Is it normal to not have an update for this long or has something gone wrong with this package?

Tracking number given to me was originally "RK524248484CN" but that does not work. A website instead suggested "03608717102" which seems to correspond to the correct package.
Not entirely sure if that is the correct one though.

AT563544095CN has not had any updates since 12/10/24. It has had synced data as late as 12/18, but showing the same data as the 12/10/24 update. Can you please provide me with the most current information regarding this package please.

Hello, I posted a returne item on May 11 and it was dispatched on May 12. On May 25, time stamp 00:00 the trcking data shows "Delivery" and "CHINA POST".
Is this normal?
