Hello, I was wondering if there is any information on this package or should I just assume it's lost and won't ever arrive. The package was ordered on the 6th of February and took until the 25th to get its logistics created within this platform. I understand that given the COVID-19 situatuion in China. I then asked about it here and someone told me it had left China on the 20th of March and if would take something like 30 days to arrive and that when it's between countries it's not possible to show a precise location. I would now, as stated, like to know if I should still expect it to arrive, and it's just delayed, or if somehow it's lost. The tracking number I was provided was: RV349934386CN

The delivery time has been expired. It's not normal that it still hasn't arrived in Portugal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
