just 2 days ago you told me they were still in china and i had to wait a few more days now you tell me to contact seller there is no link to contact seller on the order from wish i just don't understand if they are still in china why it says they have already came thru customs in us. the one tracking service i was using to track it says 4PX express has had the package since May 19 tried tracking from their website no records of my packages can you pleas help me figure out what is going on with them

I bought an item from tictok. The link the seller gave me to track the item no longer works. I was wondering if you could help me get a new link to track the package. The last time the link worked was a couple days ago. And the item had just cleared customs. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I ordered a small package in August and since September 13th it has been in a sorting center in the USA. It should have been handed off to the USPS a while ago. I contacted the seller about this and they told me to contact the global cainiao company but they are simply the website where the tracking link that the seller gave me directs me to. Regardless, when I click contact us in global cainiao the link says access denied. I am unsure if I should just wait more or should I just try and get a refund through my bank.
