Not the correct order

Dear Adress.

I have a porblem with my order (tracking number: LZ192891581CN)
That i got my order but i didn’t get the correct order. I dispute with the seller but they want the parcel's cover with tracking number that i threw away to the trash. I would like to ask that can you send me a documentum, which contain the information of the delivery. It will be a big help to me. Thank you for your reply.

It may be a scam. Contact the seller to reflect the problem. If the seller doesn't reply you, it must be a scam. Then, try to contact the your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
