I placed an ordef with [email protected] weeks ago .
Money was taken from my bank account .
The company will not respond to my emails .
Tracking only says 'on its way' .
I am very frustrated !
What can i do here ??

I ordered a Raised Bed online and paid for it.
I received an email saying that product was delivered.
I never received the product.
I went to the post office and they said that ORDER # 230421043208893 tracking # AG069083234CN has not been delivered by them.
They said that the item was too large for them to handle and that Ups or Fedex would be a better choice.
They also said that tracking # AG069083234CN was an international tracking number.
Please help me.
