order expired, got a "contact the carrier" email

I got an email saying to contact the carrier because my order expired. Since April 5th I haven't gotten any updates about my item.
I'm chilean, the packeage is LJ038607926CN.
There was another package that I brought along with that one and it did arrive, so, what can I do about this one?.
