Im trying to read the tracking status but it doesnt make sense. like it says its already in west virgina but there hasn't been an update in 10 days. It just says local post.

Amazon states you ran into an issue with delivery (1 reply)

According the the latest update on Amazon, it stated that China Post ran into an issue when attempting our delivery. That was on December 30th. We haven’t heard anything else. I checked with the tracking number through your site and it states it’s In Kentucky, not Florida. Can you please inform me of what is going on with my order? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a 9 year old.
