Dear China Post, there is a package I sent more than a month a ago from Moscow/Russia to Guangzhou, it has been detained by customs for inspection (as it is said on your tracking website) while Russian Post says the invoice shall be provided to Chinese customs. So far my only guess is that the package was detained due to quarantine measures, but since November 1st more than 21 days passed which is regular quarantine time, so I don't know what is the exact reason why the package cannot be delivered. If it's because the invoice shall be provided by receiver then I plead you to notify the receiver via sms that she shall contact you in order to provide an invoice, receiver's contacts are: Name - Linli, mobile - 13538774661.
