The receiver cannot find the package EW103480105FR on the wbesite because the phone number didn't match with the parcel. Is there a way to contact the office and give them the phone number 18029062289 thanks ?

Hi LO,

You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to change the phone number.
