Package held at customs

Good evening,

I sent a parcel from the UK that has been held at customs for almost 3 months. I have not received any information as to why and the recipient has not been contacted either.

Could you please help ?

Package is showing at GUANGZHOU EMS, China

Royal mail tracking number is EF047850518GB

I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?
