Package held at US Customs?

Hello,
I have a package with tracking number ZC48431580799
It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs. I also contacted US customs and they said to contact the shipper. So, I am now reaching out to you. Do you need anything from me in order for the shipment to proceed?

Hi James,

It should be lost. You need to contact the seller to get refund or require a new delivery in time.
