Package held in customs

I shipped a package and it’s been held on custom in xiacom China since 12-14-21. I want to know how come it hasn’t been delivered to the person.

Hi Kimberly taylor,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
