Package held in customs

I sent a package back to the seller, and my package has been held in customs since March 6th, 2020. How can I find out the delay on this package? My tracking number is CH09212 6035US. I'm waiting for a refund through PayPal, and I cannot get my refund until the seller receives the package.

Hi Mrs. D,

What's the item? It has been retianed by the customs since March 6. It takes a long time now for custom to release it. You'd better wait for another ten days to see. If it still doesn't move, you need to contact the seller to let him contact the cutoms to check.

It takes more days to be transited to Italy. Please wait for more days to get update. As it's shipped by train, it's slow.

It has been held at Los Angeles Airport since November 26, 2025. I contacted the seller of the package and they said that it is being held at customs.
