Package in Customs

My package arrived in Chin on November 10th. Then it went to Dalian, and was held in customs, and then it cleared customs. Now it has arrived in Shanghai on November 10, but it says once again that it is being held in customs? Why has it taken so long to get my package? Can you please tell me when it will be delivered? Thank you
When I put in the tracking number for China post, it comes up.

Please advise as to when I will get my package. Thank you very much.

Hi Marcey,

You'd better contact USPS to get a solution in this case. USPS should help you contact China Post and solve the problem for you. We are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package.
