Package in customs


I have had a package in customs since July 29th and the seller thats in China is not willing to work with me does anyone have a contact email or can provide me with more info on whats going on? Please help heres the tracking # CH102206787US

It's hard for you to contact the customs in China (service number 12360) from the US. You can only let the seller to contact the customs to check it. It's still stuck at the customs. If it couldn't be delivered, it will be returned back to you later.
