Hello,
I have a package in Customs in China since 4rd april. I cannot contact with the seller and I do not know what to do. Who could I contact to get my package? I need it and I don't understand why it's in customs for so long.
The number of location is: LZ760306675CN.

Hi Maria,

It's stuck at the customs and should be waiting the seller to declare to the customs now. If the seller doesn't reply you, you'd better open a dispute from the platform you bought to get refund in time.
