My package is still being held it has been there since 25th May when will it be release the tracking number is RN694471926GB when will it be released?

Hi Michelle,

It's not normal that it's still stuck at the customs. You need to contact the recipient to contact Guangzhou customs to check it as soon as possible.

Hi,
My package arrived with Guangzhou customs on the 18/10/2021 and it hasn't moved from there since, it is now the 28/10. Can someone confirm how long it will remain in customs please before arriving at its destination. Package was sent on the 30th September. The below message was given on the tracking information:
"Guangzhou City, import customs retention pending inspection"
