My package has been held in customs for over a week. I sent it through USPS Priority Mail: CJ188755911US. How can I find out if there is additional information required?

Hi Ying,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.

I returned a package on June 14th and I have yet to get the notification that it’s been delivered. When I check my tracking number the status of my package says, “Held in Customs” the location where it’s being held at is Beijing EMS, China.
