Hi my package shows it has been stuck in Shenzhen Customs for 2 weeks. I have been been given a notice or anything. I don't mind picking it up or paying import duties if needed, but I haven't been contacted. Can you help? My tracking number is EB001286211HK

It's waiting you to declare to customs. Better contact China Post or check your phone message to see if there is any notice.
