Parcel has not arrived. I have a tracking number which I entered returns no results. The item was supposedly mailed about a month ago. What's going on?

It has arrived on Dec.13. The delivery was failed. You'd better contact HongKong Post as soon as possible to ask if it's still in Hong Kong or it has been returned to the sender.
