Package still in customs

I declared after receiving a message in 9/6 but my package is still in customs. How much more time will it take until is cleared? It has been over a week now. The tracking number is ch141947635us. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi msl,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
