Package stuck at Chinese customs, I want to pay clearance fee

I have sent a package, with tracking number CC087719172NL on the 11th of November in 2024. Unfortunately the package is stuck at customs but I have gotten not respons from the customs and the carries. The original Dutch carrier also said they could not help me any further.
I want to pay the customs clearance fee so the receiver can get this package. I am the sender.

The receiver is:

My package is stuck in chinese customers (1 reply)

I paid 30RMB and send the receipts to chinese customs, but it failed. What should I do to get my package? I do not understand why my package still in chinese customs because I did everything they asked. Track code: CL127584833RU

Package stuck in customs for almost 2 months (1 reply)

Tracking no. EF731130605IE
I have returned the package to the Chinese supplier (shipped from Ireland).

Since 2022-02-05 package is stuck in Guangzhou City, Customs Clearance.
I believe that supplier was notified but he still did not provided a documents required or simply does not want it back.
What can be done about it?
